    The springs and the shock absorbers are the most important components of the suspension system of the car. The springs support the entire weight of the car; meanwhile the shock absorbers control the movement of the springs. Because of the roll that they play, they are dependable one of the other.     If you change your shock absorbers after reading all of this, you should probably check your springs. If the front or rear side are lowered, it is a sign that the springs need to be replaced.
